LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - Michael Jackson's doctor on Monday pleaded not guilty to involuntary manslaughter in the sudden death of the pop star last year from a lethal cocktail of drugs.

SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) -- Las Vegas-based SouthwestUSA Bank was closed by regulators Friday, bringing the total number of U.S. bank failures for the year so far to 102. SouthwestUSA Bank had $214 million in assets and $186.7 million in deposits as of March 31, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. said in a statement. The bank's failure will cost the Deposit Insurance Fund $74.1 million, the FDIC said.
